Using Media Encoder I have a persistent export issue with Premiere, with glitches appearing in the video for a few frames. I'm working with RED R3D Raw File's that was recorded at 100FPS. The sequence frame rate is 50 and the footage is slowed down 50% in premier.
I'm running Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 on a late 2015 iMac 5k, graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4 GB and the newest version of Premiere
