For some reason when my students try to create a new title the screen pops up but it remains in loading mode. It will not successfully launch. When we try to close out of the routine we are forced out of the Premiere application and have to restart. I have upgraded the software to the latest version and I have also updated Windows 7. It is very strange because I have four computers exactly configured the same as this computer and have zero problems on them. We have also tried to create new timelines, sequences, and new projects to no avail.
I hope someone can help.
