to save up HD space and to get rid of unuesed length of clips, I was wondering if there was a shortcut to cut and erase unwanted parts of the clip at the in and out points, with a bit headroom around the in and out points for the use with transitions etc. ?
Would make my life much easier if I could do that. I very often use less than 1% of a long clip only, and it would be great to trash unnecessary length right after I've viewed it and determined the in and outs. Great thing if I instantly be able to prevent from wasting tons of HD space.
