I've been working films for the last couple of years in Windows 10, once windows forced an upgrade from Windows 7. Now, all of a sudden, Premiere Pro won't open at all. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I've even installed the trial version of Adobe CC 2017, and It won't open the file. Hope someone can help. Ok, I tried opening other films and CC 2017 worked fine; it's just with one film - a major documentary. Fortunately, I saved the film in other formats AVI MP4 for example, and I exported it to Adobe Encore to create my master DVD. I'd hate to have to rebuild the entire film in CC 2017, but will if I must.
