Sony RX10III Camera AVCHD Footage Won't Import to Premiere

Hello,

I recently purchased a Sony RX10III camera, which records its highest quality in AVCHD. When I try to use Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Prelude, or a plug in to use the footage, I cannot import it or convert it. Please help me use the footage from AVCHD that I need to use.
