Media Encoder CS6 interface won't launch

After the launch screen, Media Encoder shows a black screen with no interface. When exporting through Premiere or Prelude, media encoder seems to be working, but will not show interface or allow any changes. Only evidence that it's working is the output files are created. Any help is appreciated.
