Over the course of last year and start of this year we have had reports of this application crashing on random users. It will happen for some users on a machine, but not all. It affects a variety of machinesm
The message they are getting on screen reads "Adobe Media Core has crashed". Sorry I cannot provide any other info on this one as it is an intermittent issue. Is it a known issue and is there a fix for it?
All machines have the latest adobe updates.
We are currently running Windows 7 x64 and have the latest updates.
