How can I get the cutting point in the orignal movie of a clip I edited in a sqeunce?

Hi,

I got a sqeunce with many combined clips from different sources. After I finished my work I realized I used the wrong sequence settings.

So now I need to do it all over again with the right setting.

So I got a clip that I edited and cut and I want to know If there is a way to tell what is the cutting point in the original movie so when I do it again I just get to this point and cut it without the need of syncing the right point again.
