I have been using Media Encoder for months with Premiere Pro but recently it stopped working. It gets stuck trying to connect to the dynamic link and then fails.
I've been trying to fix this for a while following instructions online and I might have screwed things up. Is there a way to uninstall Premiere Pro and Media Encoder completely so I can reinstall them?
I have a Creative Cloud membership.
