Basic audio export settings questions ...

I did some searching, but still confused.   My footage is 1080i, 29.97 captured on a consumer camcorder with a 5.1 channel microphone.   When I drop the clips in PP I see the audio track labeled as 5.1 and can expand to see the various channels.   I have a number of sequences in my project, all of which were created by dragging a source clip to the New Item icon.

 

On export for say H.264 Blu-ray or H.264/.mp4 should I pick PCM or Dolby in this case?   From reading it looks like PCM is uncompressed, so in theory higher quality.  I didn't know if the 5.1 stuff has implications here.

 

Drilling down into the Audio tab and Basic Audio Settings on the H.264 Blu-ray export, I only see Stereo listed to the side of Channels for either audio format.   I'm confused as I would have expected to see 5.1 or some option for it.  Well, I think ...
