I have WAV files in a project that were put together by PluralEyes, but I can't any effects to it or change the volume on individual clips. There are no handles, and I can only change the volume by showing the track volume handles, which isn't ideal. I can't understand why this is happening because I've edited WAV files before. Here are the properties for one of the clips in question...

I also cannot put them on a stereo track, even though the single mono track plays out in stereo.
Anybody have any ideas why is this happening and how I can fix it? Any help will be appreciated.
