Auto Save Vault Question

I am working in Premiere Pro CS 5.5

I opened up a New Project in Premiere Pro CS 5 and I changed my Workspace to how I wanted it to look. I also Changed some of the Prefererencs.

In the Project Panel I created some Bins (Folders) and I named them.

I then saved the Project as "Premiere Pro CS 5.5 Template." (I did this so I would not have to make these folders or make any changes to the setup everytime I opened up Premiere Pro and started a project) This is my Template

I saved it to a Hard Drive.

When I want to start a new project, I create a folder for this new project, and I copy and paste my template Project File into that new folder. I then rename the Premiere Project file to the name of the new project I am starting.

I open the new project by Double Clicking on the newly named  Premiere Pro Project file. Premiere Opens up fine. I change my Scratch Disc to the folder of my new project.

This seems to work ok except for one thing.

My "Autosave folder" does not come with it. Why?

Do I have to copy that over to the new project as well?

Does it make it automatically after I set my scratch disc?

Do I have to import footage and wait 15 minutes to Auto Save the first time?

Thanks in advance
