I wanted to add closed captioning to my videos but I had a few questions. Its a lot of video so I was hoping Adobe could do it automatically. First off, does it have to be done in encore or can it be done in premiere? Secondly once I get it, does it automatically show or is it something that can be enabled if needed? Thank you.
