Dropcam footage out of sync in CS6, even in sequence created from clip

Hi All,

I'm creating a sequence directly from some Dropcam footage (1280x720), frame rate is usually about 15 fps - it seems that Dropcams vary the frame rate based on what the wifi network that they're on can handle.  VLC player can play the clip just fine, but in PP CS6 the audio track and video get out of sync even though the sequence was made specifically for that Dropcam clip.  Does PP have problems with out-of-the-ordinary frame rates or am I missing something else?  I also tried converting clips in AME to get some intermediate frames generated or do anything to shore it up but so far no good results.
