Canon XH-A1 HDV Capture

I can't capture from my XH-A1. I shot the footage in this camera but CS4 won't capture. CS3 does, so to get the tapes captured in CS4 I used the XH-A1 tapes in my Canon HV10. Has anyone captured with the XH-A1 yet?

I am already regretting CS4 after only a few days! This is typical Adobe software in my opinion, I don't know why I subject myself to this abuse.
