I've seen this problem cropping up across the board here, mostly on Mac systems, or on Windows systems with Black Magic installed.
We've had this problem with an edit station with the Black Magic card, but we've also been experiencing it on two laptops we have (one Win7 and one Win8). Neither one uses any sort of Black Magic card, and it does it on both software acceleration, or using the CUDA enabled card. older drivers and latest drivers also make no difference. Both are having the same problem, so it's not a difference in the operating systems either.
I'll update this in a moment with the versions of everything on the system. I've seen the fix for Mac systems, is there a similar fix for windows systems?
