Video not importing properly

Using PrPro CS6 on Mac os 10.7.5.  When I import my video into PrPro some of the clips will only import audio and not the video.  Footage plays back fine in quicktime and imports fine into Final Cut Pro.  Sometimes PrPro will recognize that video is present but it's just a solid green color.Image may be NSFW.
