Having trouble with flicker when I use the shadow and highlights. Tried the temporal adjustment but my Adobe Premiere CS5 doesn't like that and locks up and will not render.
Any ideas on what might cause this? Anyway around the flicker problem? If I take the video take into Lightroom and then export to Photoshop CS6, apply the shadow and highlights, there is no flicker.
The only problem with that is, I am recompressing the video a few more steps.
