Premiere CS6 up to its old tactics

It's been a while gents. Anyway, Premiere CS6 seemed to have adopted it's old habit of constantly crashing- but this time only on exports. I've exported a plethora of material and formats, and nearly every time it hangs during encoding (with error message)- whither direct export or AME. This is being encoded on a ADK machine (GTX670 card). I reset my prefs to no avail.

What should be done? Seeing the reference to cuda, is the GeForce to blame?
