Clips don't play: they stay on one frame

Hello There,

I have an issue since two days, Clips won't play, it happend on my laptop and my computer tower, both PC. The frame is still but the sounds is playing. Can you help me? I think it might be something related to the sound or memory settings. I changed them but nothing work. the all window showing the clip is like frozen: when I scale it down or up it's glitching. (example when I scale the part of the clip)
