I have a new 2 month old 15" MBP. I Was working on a project, macbook volume was about on half, when suddenly an audio bug occurred with really loud screatching noise and not letting me pause it. After it stopped, the speakers were really quiet, and after the next restart they're clearly blown. Initially I blamed the hardware, though the same thing happened a day later with my Sony 1000X-M3 headphones, luckily the headphones are ok, but that did give me a heart attack.

The situation is not ok, I am not happy. Adobe customer care chat is ridiculous.

I'm creating 10 second video loops for playback on a website. But when I export the video, it seems to be adding a black frame at the end of the render, so it skips when it loops.

I've created several of these videos just fine awhile back with the same file, and same preferences. The problem didn't start until I updated to CC 2014.

Anyone have any ideas? Am I just missing something in my render dialogue box?

Hi all,

I'm working on a desktop with Premiere Pro CC 2018 (v12.0), and am experiencing these green and pink/purple flashes when rendering out the project via Premiere Pro and Media Encoder both. My desktop is currently utilizing an AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 GPU with the most recent drivers, Intel Core i5-7500 @ 3.40GHz CPU, and 16gb RAM. Windows is also updated to it's current version.

I have researched this event occurring, and noticed that it has occurred with users who are utilizing Intel integrated GPU, but I wanted to throw this out there and see if there couldn't be another issue as well.

This last update broke everything - I've tried downgrading, restarting, upgrading again, changing my adobe folder to read/write (youtube fix), nothing seems to work and I have a project due soon that I need to get started on.

I'm having lots of problems with both premiere pro CC 2018 & 2019 and it started to accrue 3 days ago, before that everything ran smoothly on my computer.

After I had issues with the 2018 version I've decided to update to 2019 to hopefully solve the problem. 

The program suddenly freezes with no reason, I can still move the cursor and click on buttons but the source and program monitor are not working. In different cases, it will show me "media pending".

After that, I need to close the program but it won't close until I close it manually from the task manager.

I've tried to find a solution online and I couldn't find any, This is a huge problem for me because I'm wasting a lot of time on restarting the program more than 10 times a day.

I am trying to export a project with H.264 export format but as soon as I select this format in the export settings window, I get the spinning wheel for a few seconds, and then Premiere Pro is crashing completely. It does not even say that the application is not responding or proposing to submit a bug report, the application window is just disappearing. If I try to export to a different format, the export can be done without any error (I successfully exported my project with "H.264 Blu-Ray" format).

I get exactly the same problem when I send the projet to Adobe Media Encoder and try to change the export settings to H.264 in Media Encoder (AME is crashing as soon as I select H.264 export format).

I am using the latest versions of each software (Premiere Pro CC 2019 v13.0, Media Encoder CC 2019 v13.0.2 Build39).

The project I am trying to export is a sequence 2704x1520 pixels 29,97fps based on GoPro Hero 5 Black footage 2704x1520 pixels 59,94fps.

My PC :

Windows 10 Pro v1809 FR

Intel i7-3770K

RAM : 32 GB

EVGA GeForce GTX 670 (driver v417,35)

All my drivers are up to date.

I tried to delete all cache files, uninstall all adobe applications (deleting all preferences), then ran the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe, then reinstalled everything (restarting the computer between each step of this process) : same result...

I tried to create a new project and import my project in the new one, but I get the same problem when I try to export.

In the project settings, I tried to switch the rendering system to "Mercury software playback engine only" : still the same problem.

Any help would be more than welcome !

So I just did a fresh install of OSX Mojave. Then I installed Premiere CC. On my dock I now have an icon for a plug-in scan. If I hover over it, dvaaudiofilterscan pops up. I searched to find out what this is and got no concise answer. In fact, there was some indication this is malware from Adobe. Can anybody explain what this is and whether it is a concern? Thanks

As of lately, A project I have been working on for months without issues has become extremely slow. When pressing the play button / Spacebar there's a 15-30 sec delay before the project timeline plays. This was not presuent before.

Nothing has changed hardware-wise nor project-wise

Yes im using proxies and pre-rendering.

Ive tried the following:

Cleared / deleted all adobe caches
Removed all Adobe products + preferences and then used the Adobe CC cleaner tool just to be sure
Rebooted Several times
Deleted all project related previews
rebuilt proxies and pre-renders
Renamed the Media's root folder and re-linked everything again, Still the problem persists, It appears to be non-discriminatory.

I've been having nightmares with Premiere Pro over the last two weeks and im not sure what's caused it.

One issue in particular, when trying to create Proxies for some videos in a project I get the below error randomly.

I can't see any of the text I highlight and if I've created a text box when I make a new one. Anyone know of a fix for this?

QUICK PROBLEM:

I've made several changes to my project since setting audio gain on all clips (normalize all peaks).  Undo is out of the question.  Is there any way to reset a clip, or multiple clips' audio gain?

DETAILS:

I have a rough project assembled.  I thought I would try for a new, "quicker" (and dirtier) workflow with audio this time around.  It's a it's a simple talking head with b-roll project.  This was my intended workflow:

1. Make the assembly edit
2. Select ALL clips and use the GAIN dialog to "Normalize ALL peaks to -3 dB"
3. Perform ducking where necessary
4. Then, in Audition, run a hard limiter on the entire project at around -6 dB.  Thinking this catch a few stray peaks and conform them in preparation for...
5. Final pass of light 2:1 or 3:1 compression across the entireproject with a slow-ish release time.

I thought that would make for a quick, dirty, but fairly level and presentable audio track.  I'm not trying to win any awards with this project; nor will I likely make much money on it, so time is of the essence.

If you've tried this before, you might already see the problem.  At step two I normalized all peaks.  Then I began to work my way through the project ducking levels where needed.  Well, the problem is that the various bits of interview originally varied much more than I thought.  After a few minutes, and several further changes to the project, I discovered the wide changes in volume.  It's too late to undo.  I need a "Clip Gain Reset" method...

Any help?

I've have been cutting a indie feature film to be displayed to CPH Pix.

We are going to make DCP and put SRT file on.

It's been edited in premiere.

But when I export my open subtitles as SRT file.

So, texts are missing at the end of the SRT file.

It seems to me as an export mistake. Can anyone help?

Have already tried the following:
1. Make a new copy of project.
2. Create new seq.
3. Export from 3 different windows machines.
4. Export locally on the machine.
5. Cut open caption over the middle and pull in the end and export from there.
6. Create more text boxes to see if the next one would appear
7. End text boxes and paste text into new box / recreate

I imported a .srt file I was given to make changes in Premiere. The file imported fine and I was able to open it under the Captions window and make the changes I needed. But when I go to export the captions, the option under export is grayed out. (See screen grab) I can only export it as media, which i do not want. I have tried everything from starting a new project to new sequence and even starting a new captions file. Any reason why I can't export the captions.

I'm trying to export as WebM but it keeps stopping at 99% even when I que it into media encoder it still stops at 99%. I've gotten it to fully complete once (forgot what settings I chose I believe it was messing with the quality options) but then the right side of the image is cropped off about 5 pixels or so.

If theres another video format I can use that can have an invisible background I would try that also just to troubleshoot I just don't know my options are. The sequence is basically just a png square border with flames on top of it taken from an mp4 file to be used as a webcam border.

The new update wont just work, huge dissapointment.

Idiotic me had an idea to update the softwares (Premiere, AE) middle of the project and because of that I cant open anything anymore.

Understandable, but now the softwares just dont want to work at all.

When I try to open Premiere it says I have to update my drivers which I have done already so that shouldn't be problem.

When I install earlier version the dynamic links wont work between Premiere and After Effects anymore.

This update has been the worst deal so far and I'm paying for it.

Get it together Adobe, don't release software updates that you haven't clearly tested out.

I have no idea what to do when I try to work and the deadlines are way too close to try to work with a broken softwares.

I am unable to disable igp in bios, disabled igp in windows device manager.
with disabled igp media encoder uses the cpu, with enabled igp it renders on igp.
multiple 1080s are in this machine running idle.

how do I render on my fast gpu? one would suffice

I have a major issue when i m scrubbing an H264 HD video (40mbit, Total file size 30GB).
i tried on a PC with quat core 2,6 Ghz ram, 16MB ram, nvme hard disk.Quatro P2000 GFX

And also 10core 2,4GHZ 32GB ram,ssd hard disk. Nvidia 1060 6GB.

When i export the same file into mpg 2 30mbit I frame i have a smooth scrubbing.

Is it a way to work with H264 HD on Premiere with smooth (frame accurate) scrubbing?

1. P.s I work with Broadcast Quality and i want also a broadcast Quality with efficiency and fast paced workflow.
